I include all essential nutrients in my daily diet. I'm big on multivitamins which I get through oats, muesli, multigrain bread or atta, curd, paneer, pulses, green vegetables, fruits, and protein shakes. I also drink 10 to 12 glasses of water every day along with juices or nariyal pani. A dose of nuts is a must for great skin.u00a0

My regime
I make sure that I wipe off every trace of makeup from my skin once I am done with shooting. Besides, I also wash my face every time I come home from outside. I moisturise my skin with a night cream or lotion every night without fail. Once a month, I pamper my skin with a facial. A rich fruit facial works well for me.

Home made remedies
For summers, multani mitti is a great option. It is a natural cleanser and revitaliser. Applying a mixture of milk, besan and turmeric pack on your face for a few minutes is also great for tans. Besides, I use a good sunscreen lotion to protect my skin from the sun.

Tress stress
I wash my hair three times in a week and condition after shampoo. I oil my hair and massage it a night prior to the wash. I mix almond oil, coconut oil, amla and Brhamraj Ayurvedic oil in a bottle and apply that. Steaming your hair after oiling is good for your hair.
I am planning to go for a protein hair treatment soon. While stepping out in the sun or in dusty surroundings, I keep my hair covered. I also use a serum before blow drying to protect my hair.

Beauty tips
Drink lots of water and include all essential nutritients in your daily diet. Keep your skin clean with a good cleanser and keep it moisturised always. Oil your hair regularly and use a good conditioner and shampoo.
