Here's her beauty regime: <img alt="" src="/imagedata/2010/jun/Shillipi-Sharma.jpg" border="5" /> Regular indulgence I do regular clean ups, and love spa treatments, as they pamper my skin and give it a fresh look. A spa treatment also relaxes my facial nerves which are always frayed in my profession. I totally believe that we are not born with perfect skin and need to work on it to look good. I turn to natural as well as specialised skin treatments. Clean care I wash my face with a good cleanser and thereafter tone it. Moisturising is a must for me. I never go to bed without washing my face. And before going to bed, I apply a good night cream on my face. Holistic affair I avoid direct sunlight as much as possible. Even if I am at home, I apply a sunscreen to protect my skin from the bad rays. Looking beautiful is also a matter of being healthy internally. So, I try to follow a complete diet with lots of vitamins and minerals. I also make sure that I have fresh fruits and juices. Curly twirly I enjoy head massages, with or without oil, which my domestic help gives me every night before I sleep. It completely relaxes me and improves the blood circulation. I use a good quality shampoo, and as my hair is curly. I have to use lots of conditioner, serums and hair products to keep my hair soft and in place. Stress less A sense of internal satisfaction and happiness is important to look lovely. Stress affects your skin a lot. So, I try to be happy and worry less. Beauty is also an emotional thing. That's why people acquaint a lovely glow with love (laughs).
