He hires Anurag Kashyap as creative consultant for his next film

Danny Boyle is helping Anurag with the script of his next film, while Anurag is on board for Danny's next film as a creative consultant.

Says Anurag,u00a0 "Danny basically wants to avoid a Slumdog Millionaire kind of confrontational situation for his next film. He will be making a film, which will be partially based in India. He doesn't want to get any of the Indian details wrong. So he has asked me to be a consultant in his script."

But before that, Danny is helping Anurag out with the script of his Mumbai trilogy, one of which will be called Bombay Velvet.

TV18 will produce the Mumbai trilogy. "Danny Boyle who's with me right now in London is helping me with the script. We've forged a bonding that goes beyond any one film. When people wrote that I helped him with Slumdog Millionaire, it was wrong. Danny doesn't need my help. Even for his next project, I'm just there to see he doesn't get any of the Indian details wrong."
