"When Krishna called me about her idea, I was a bit uncomfortable at first," Rohit told MiD DAY, in between pouting seductively at shutterbugs going crazy. "But then she revealed the story behind her theme, and that really moved me. Besides, I know no one else could've done justice to the image," said Rohit about the show inspired by the 1963 French comedy Irma La Douce directed by Billy Wilder. Krishna was sure that her version of Paris would not be complete without the quintessential drag queen. So while crisp jackets and flowing tunic shirts were seen on the models, Rohit strutted in wearing a bizarre ensemble, a knee-high slit showing off freshly waxed legs. "Even the tits are amazing!" he laughed. Does chewing gum help calm your nerves, we asked him. "I'm not nervous," he said. "I'm a couple of drinks down, but not nervous."
