Ranbir Kapoor and Triptii Dimri became the talk of the town after their on-screen chemistry in the movie 'Animal' won the hearts of audiences everywhere. Triptii even earned the title of 'National Crush' following the release of the Sandeep Reddy Vanga-helmed movie.


So, naturally, when this hit pair reunites for an event, it's bound to go viral. At the Filmfare Awards 2024, Ranbir Kapoor danced with Triptii Dimri to the 'Animal' song 'Phele Bhi Main,' which was also their song in the movie.

On the night of January 28, 2024, at the Filmfare Awards 2024, Ranbir Kapoor and Triptii Dimri once again joined forces to dance to the 'Animal' song 'Phele Bhi Main,' their beloved track from the Sandeep Reddy Vanga-helmed movie. Ranbir Kapoor was seen in long shimmery robes and performer's attire, while Triptii gracefully slow-danced with the actor in a mini-flared dress. The two former co-stars rekindled their on-stage chemistry, and netizens loved it.

One fan exclaimed, "Wow, it’s so amazing to see them together again after the 'Animal' movie."

Another user commented, "Ayee, Tripti looks so happy."

Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt dance to 'Animal' song 'Jamal Kudu'

The actor was his most energetic self, giving the audience a night to remember, along with the help of his wife, Alia Bhatt. While it may be obvious, it's safe to admit that Ranbir Kapoor is a true entertainer. Without a doubt, he added 'chaar chaand' to the Filmfare Awards 2024 with his energetic performance.

Ranbir also performed on Bobby Deol's popular song 'Jamal Kudu' from 'Animal'. The highlight of his performance was him performing a 'Jamal Kudu' hook step with his wife Alia Bhatt, who was seated in the audience. The hook steps involve shaking a leg while balancing a glass on the head. Don't forget to check out the kiss Ranbir planted on Alia's cheek. Isn't it adorable?

About Filmfare Awards 2024

Star couple Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor stole the show at the Filmfare Awards 2024 as they won the top honours in acting. Alia Bhatt won the fourth Filmfare Award of her career. She won the Best Actor in a Leading Role (Female) trophy for her performance in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. Ranbir Kapoor won the Best Actor Award in a Leading Role (Male) for Animal. 

The Filmfare Award for Best Film was given to Vikrant Massey starrer 12th Fail, directed by Vidhu Vinod Chopra. Chopra won the Best Director and Best Screenplay awards for the film. This marked his return to film direction after many years. The film was a sleeper hit of 2023 and proved to do very well at the box office through positive word of mouth. The award for Best Actor (Critics) went to Vikrant Massey for 12th Fail.
