Wednesday spelt merrymaking on the sets of Golmaal 3 at Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad. Mithun Chakraborthy turned a year older and his co-stars from the comic caper wanted to make the day a memorable one. As we were shooting for a song sequence, the entire cast was present for the schedule. We took a break from the shoot specially to celebrate his birthday." As soon as the cake was brought, the unit folk sang for him and Kareena was the first to wish him and offer him a big slice of the cake. A privilege Rohit adds, "It was a privilege for us to celebrate his big day with him. From day one of the shoot, he has been extremely popular not just with the rest of the cast but also the crew. During our first schedule in Mumbai, the crew and he would belt out his popular songs together." Earlier in the day when Mithunda arrived for the shoot he was greeted by all the crew members. "Even though it was his big day, he preferred to have a working birthday," says Rohit.
