Dance rejuvenates me and connects me to Shiva, says Gracy Singh. Dancing from the age of three and with a formal training only for six months Gracy shares with CS her bond with dance:
Shall we dance?
I dance because I love dancing. I was as young as three when I realised that I liked dancing. Not much has changed since then.
Slim chance
Dance keeps me physically as well as mentally fit. I don't have to worry about hitting the gym or enrolling in a yoga class, as long as I know I can dance.

Mood for thought
Dancing uplifts my mood. When I'm feeling low, I just turn the music on and moving to the rhythm. I instantly feel happier.
Dance lessons
I have realised that dancing has made me more focused and disciplined. It has taught me how to look at my life's problems with a different perspective. I can take a lot of things in my stride now.
She's got the look
As an actor, dance has helped me in a lot of ways. Classical dance involves abhinaya (expression) which have helped me sharpen my acting skills and expression on screen.
