Man in uniform

Filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali is guarding Love & War with military-level secrecy, but even that couldn’t stop a leak from slipping through. A picture of Ranbir Kapoor from the set has gone viral, showing the star in a crisp blue flight suit, posing beside a fighter jet. Fans, who’ve never seen the Animal (2023) actor in such a straight-and-sorted avatar, have gone into overdrive, speculating that the film may lean towards a love-triangle trope reminiscent of Raj Kapoor’s Sangam (1964).
Also starring Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal, Love & War
is slated to hit cinemas in March 2026.

Commuters at Mumbai Central got an unexpected surprise when John Abraham appeared in cop avatar at the railway station. The actor was shooting for Rohit Shetty’s biopic on Rakesh Maria — the former police officer who investigated the 1993 Mumbai bomb blasts and the 26/11 attacks. Filming began in April this year, and the team has already shot in over 40 locations across the city. The project, expected to release next year, is based on Maria’s memoir Let Me Say It Now, which recounts many of his major cases.

BhagyashreeBhagyashree

During the shoot of the latest episode of Indian Idol, contestant Jyotirmayee sang the evergreen number Dil Deewana Bin Sajna Ke Mane Na from Maine Pyar Kiya (1989). Moved by the rendition, special guest Bhagyashree told her, “Sangeet ke duniya ko Suman mil gayi,” sweetly linking the contestant to her beloved Maine Pyar Kiya character. She added, “Indian Idol has a magical way of touching hearts.”
