Lisa Ray has been diagnosed of cancer. The model-turned actress writes on her blog, The Yellow Diaries that she is suffering from Multiple Myeloma, an incurable cancer of white blood cells.

With Lisa's friends, relatives and family totally distressed over the news, she has started this blog to give an insight into her life for all the loved ones, who care for her. The Yellow Diaries is a place where Lisa looks forward to write about her personal journey.

"I was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma on June 23rd. Started my first cycle of treatment on July 2nd. Notlong ago. A few months ago, my bone marrow started sending me messages. I was always exhausted, pale, drained... The lack of oxygen made me a serial yawner." Lisa posted this on her blog on the 8th of September.
