Cinematographer-turned-director Mazhar Kamran (Satya, Jhankaar Beats and Masti) has wrapped up a short film, The Photographer. The film features newcomers Naresh Shroff and Neha Chauhan. His last directorial venture was the critically-acclaimed Mohandas (2009). When not behind the camera, Kamran teaches filmmaking at several institutes besides being on the faculty of IIT Bombay.
