After Imran Khan (Aamir Khan)and Abhay Deol (Dharmendra), yet another star nephew is set for B-Town. Mithun Chakaraborthy's sister's son Daebuu Banerjee will soon be seen on the big screen.

Daebuu's mother Kalyani Banerjee is Mithunda's younger sibling. "I have my uncle's blessings and guidance. It looks like acting is in the genes," he says.

Something good

Preferring to be guarded, the actor-in-waiting does not want to divulge too many details about his launch pad at this juncture. "It's something really good," is all that he is willing to say." Mithun's son Mimoh's first project Heu00a0- The Only One never saw light of day. Aware of the happenings in the industry, Daebuu wants to tread with caution.

He informs, "I have completed my acting course at Roshan Taneja's Actors Studio. Mimoh also did his course there. Later I assisted director Atul Agnihotri for ad films."

Like his maama, Daebuu admits that he too is good at dancing. "I can say that I am quite adept at it. I have grown up watching his films. Though maama was the Bollywood link, my parents stayed away from tinsel town."
Mumbai-based Daebuu studied at Bloomingdales School and did college at MMK and St Andrew's. "I used to stay in Bandra but have now shifted to Lokhandwala."
