What is it about: Dastan is a commoner in sixth-century Persia who impresses the king with his valour in battle and is adopted as the heir. When he learns that the villainous nobleman Nizam has the Sands Of Time, an hourglass which can control time, and is going to unleash a fatal sandstorm, he teams up with Princess Tamina of a rival kingdom to stop him.
