Sunita Ahuja, the wife of actor Govinda, has been open about how 2025 handled her both personally and professionally. Sunita acknowledged that the year was emotionally taxing because of her husband's scandals, even if it offered her professional achievement and fame.
While talking to Etimes, Sunita got candid about how her year 2025 has been, without mincing any words she addressed Govinda's affair rumours, "I treat 2025 as a very bad year for me because I’ve been hearing about Govinda’s controversy that he is having an affair with a girl,” she said.

Sunita further quashed the rumours and said, “I know that she’s not an actress because actresses don’t do such bad things. She doesn’t love him; she only wants his money.”
Sunita claimed that despite the upheaval in her personal life, the year was fruitful for her career. However, she added, "I'm very happy that I started my YouTube in 2025, got success, and people are loving me a lot."
"There are haters also, but still I love them," she continued, acknowledging the criticism she receives. It's their fault if they despise me.
Sunita said she hoped 2026 will be a more tranquil and satisfying year. In 2026, I want to make a shift in my life. I want a happy family in 2026 and I want Govinda to put an end to all these disputes. "I hope it happens quickly," she remarked.

She went on to discuss what she thought Govinda should prioritize. "I hope Govinda understands that his mother, wife, and daughter are the three people that are most significant in his life. The fourth lady in a person's life is not a right. Sunita said, "This is for all men worldwide, including Govinda.
"I want Chi Chi to leave all his chamchas and focus on his work because even they are with him for money," she said, urging him to return to his vocation.
According to earlier allegations, Govinda was supposedly having an affair with a 30-year-old Marathi actress. This allegedly caused stress between the two and ultimately resulted in their split. However, when the couple celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi together at their Mumbai home earlier this year, all divorce rumors were dispelled.
