What is it about: Dre Parker is a 12 year old boy who is unable to adjust initially when his mother moves them from Detroit to China. Dre only knows a little karate, and that hardly helps him when the class bully Cheng, adept in kung fu, becomes his enemy. Dre then becomes friends with the maintenance man Han, who is also a master of kung fu. Han then helps Dre cope with Cheng and the changes in his life.
