The actress-singer lists her pick of flicks...

CHALBAAZ: Such great fun. I would stand in front of the mirror and enact all of Sridevi's comic scenes and dance moves from the film. I used to be her diehard fan and imitate all her moves from all her movies. In those days, when the industry was completely male-oriented, she was the first female superstar.

MR INDIA: I can still recall its loveable characters like Calendar or the dreadful Mogambo. How I used to wish I was part of the gang of kids in the movie!

ANDAZ APNA APNA: I have seen it so many times that my VCR player actually blew up once. I remember almost every dialogue by heart. It had two heartthrobs of that time: Aamir Khan and Salman Khan. They are still heartthrobs today even after so many years!

MUGHAL-E-AZAM: Watching this movie at home was like an event in itself. The lights were dim and the bell was switched off. Everyone expected pin-drop silence. My grandfather would say, "Is film ka ek-ek dialogue ek ek lakh rupaye ka hai." I did not understand what this fuss was all about as I was too young to appreciate its greatness and grandeur. I could grasp it only after many years.
