Popular Sound Designer Saptarshi Sarkar, who has worked on multiple feature films, short films, web series and ad films, has recently bagged his first National Award in the category of ‘Best On-Location Sound Recordist’ for the Hindi movie titled ‘Rahas’. 

Saptarshi is currently working on Vipul Amrutlal Shah’s highly-anticipated web show ‘Human’ as Sound Recordist, which is an emotional drama about the underbelly of the human drug testing and the world of medical scam. The show features a plethora of talented actors from the television and film industry including Shefali Shah, Ram Kapoor, Kirti Kulhari, Seema Biswas, Vishal Jethwa (Mardaani 2 fame), Mohan Agashe, Atul Kumar (Talwar fame) Aditya Shrivastava (CID & Super 30 fame) and Sandeep Kulkarni (Dombivali Fast fame) among others.
