Amitabh Bachchan, who donned a white kurta-pyjama along with his signature style shawl, was spotted performing the puja with his wife Jaya who was clad in a white traditional Bengali saree.
Bachchans, who were celebrating the Durga Ashtami, were joined by Kajol, her son Yug and Ayan Mukerji. Kajol looked ethereal in silk saree, Rani Mukerji also wore a silk saree. The duo was seen interacting at the Durga Puja.
Kajol took to her Instagram account to share pictures from the Durga Puja festivities and wrote, "Wishing every one a very happy ashtami..... Jai Mata Di. [sic]"
She posted another picture with Ayan Mukjeri and his father Deb and sister Tanishaa wrote, With all the background noise the pujas are and always will be about family.... miracles do happen. #familyfirst #celebration #colourmehappy [sic]"
Kajol's sister Tanishaa also took to her Instagram account to share some pictures from the festivities at the Durga Puja Pandal in Juhu. She looked pretty in her yellow silk saree.
Tanishaa also took to her Instagram account to wish her fans on Ashtami and wrote, "Shubho Maha Ashtami... a family pujo day! [sic]"
Kajol and Tanishaa were accompanied by their mother and veteran actress Tanuja for the festivities at the North Bombay Sarbojanin Durga Puja Samiti Pandal in Juhu.

Priyanka Chopra Jonas, who is busy promoting The Sky Is Pink, also came in to seek blessings from goddess Durga at the North Bombay Sarbojanin Durga Puja Samiti in Juhu.
Priyanka Chopra Jonas was clad in a white customised floral traditional ensemble designed by Rahul Mishra, complimenting with minimal makeup and beachy waves hairdo. PC who offered prayers to the deity, was seen striking a pose for the shutterbugs along with 'Ye Jawani Hai Deewani' filmmaker Ayan Mukerji.
Sharbani Mukherjee and Rani Mukerji had fun posing for the photographers as they did puja at the pandal in Juhu.
Tanishaa Mukerji is seen taking part in the all festivities at the North Bombay Sarbojanin Durga Puja Samiti in Juhu. Stars were seen celebrating the day with a lot of zeal and fervour while dipping in the festive mood.
On the work front, Rani Mukerji will next be seen in Mardaani 2, whose first look was released in Navratri
