The Golmaal film series was started in 2006 and so far has four films in the franchise. The director, Rohit Shetty, has expressed his interest in making a fifth instalment, but nothing has been officially announced yet.
Singham
Singham is certainly one of the most successful franchises in Hindi cinema. The action franchise has Ajay playing a cop. Started in 2011, the franchise has five films so far.
Drishyam
Following the success of the 2015 crime thriller, a second instalment was released in 2022. A third installment of the franchise is currently in the works.
Son of Sardaar
Son of Sardaar is a 2012 Indian Hindi-language action comedy film, which has been reprised for a second part to release in August 2025.
Raid
2018's crime and action film Raid has Ajay play the role of an income tax officer. The film was rebooted for a second part. Raid 2 was released on May 1, 2025.
Dhamaal
Although Ajay was not a part of the franchise since its beginning, he joined the series in the third instalment titled Total Dhamaal in 2019. He is also expected to feature in the fourth instalment, Dhamaal 4, set to release on Eid 2026.
De De Pyaar De
Ajay's 2019 rom-com De De Pyaar De has also been rebooted for a second part, thus establishing it as a new franchise. De De Pyaar De 2 is expected to release in 2025.
Shaitaan
Ajay Devgn featured in the 2024 supernatural film Shaitaan. A sequel to the film, Shaitaan 2, is reportedly in the works, making it another franchise to his name.
