While Bollywood and South cinema crossovers have continued to impress audiences, there have been several actors from the South cinema who have made thier Bollywood appearances. Similarly, there are several mainstream Bollywood actors who have, over the years, appeared in meaty and pivotal roles in South Indian films. Ahead of Boman Irani and Divyendu's appearances in Peddi, here's looking at mainstream Bollywood stars who forayed into South Indian cinema.

Boman Irani has appeared in South Indian films ahead of Peddi, namely Atharintiki Daredi (2013), Bengal Tiger (2015), Naa Peru Surya, Naa Illu India (2018) and Kaappaan (2019) and The Raja Saab (2026.)
