Swara Bhasker also visited the protest site during Sonam Wangchuk's hunger strike and met both Wangchuk and CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke. She later shared her support online, thanking the organisers for "fighting for the future of all our children."

Actress-turned-lawyer Kunickaa Sadanand joined the protest in Delhi on Monday. The former Bigg Bosscontestant has been vocal about standing by the students. In various interviews, she condemned the violence during the protest.

Amol Parashar

Amol Parashar was at Jantar Mantar on July 20. The actor shared his experience on Instagram. Recalling the violence, lathi charge and tear gas emission, he wrote in one of the slides, “Young people bleeding on the road, their friends crying for help.”

Raghu Ram

Television personality and former Roadies judge Raghu Ram joined a Cockroach Janta Party (CJP)-led protest at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi. Expressing solidarity with students, he backed their demands and called for the Education Minister's resignation.

Even Mumbai, protest is being staged to support students at Jantar Mantar. Influencer and actor Dolly Singh participated in it with her friends and shared visuals of crowd demanding justice.

Hanumankind

Rapper Hanumankind, best known for his global hits Big Dawgs and Run It Up, joined students and activists. The rapper also shared his experience from the ground on Instagram Stories. Posting a video captured before police intervened, Hanumankind wrote, "Right before the cops started firing tear gas and beating people with sticks."

Kunal Kamra

Comedian Kunal Kamra addressed the gathering at Delhi's Jantar Mantar on Wednesday, where the Cockroach Janata Party's (CJP) are protesting. Kamra attended the protest wearing a Mahatma Gandhi T-shirt. He took a swipe at the centre.

Sehban Azim

TV actor Sehban Azim alleged he was injured during the lathi-charge at the CJP protest while protecting his friends. Speaking to mid-day, he claimed police indiscriminately assaulted students, women and protesters, calling the action deliberate and deeply heartbreaking.

Poonam Pandey

Poonam Pandey also went to Jantar Mantar and supported students. She claimed that she has no knowledge of politics and urged people not to turn the matter into a political or religious issue, but instead focus on the concerns of students.
