Inside Yami Gautam's sprawling Himachal home worth Rs 8 crore

Away from Mumbai's hustle-bustle and lavish bungalows, Yami Gautam and filmmaker Aditya Dhar have a house surrounded by mountains and lush greenery in Himachal Pradesh. The actress owns a century-old heritage property in Gohar, Mandi, which is reportedly valued at around Rs 8 crore.

Yami Gautam proudly expresses her fondness for her Himachali roots. During her childhood, she used to visit her Nani's house in Shimla during summer holidays.

According to Moneycontrol, Yami Gautam’s 100-year-old heritage home follows Himachali architecture and is built primarily using natural materials such as wood and stone.

The property also reportedly includes a greenhouse and an organic garden where plums and lemons are cultivated.

A key feature of the property is its organic kitchen garden. Yami and Aditya reportedly grow a variety of fruits and vegetables on the property, including apples, potatoes, plums and ginger.

Yami often shares glimpses of her Himachal home and farmland on social media.

The property also holds special significance for Yami and Aditya as couple tied the knot in Himachal Pradesh in June 2021 in a close-knit ceremony.

Yami also shared pictures of herself enjoying homemade wellness drinks, soaking up the hill sun and breathing in the fresh mountain air.

Warm, natural shades and large wooden detailing give the property a homely and rustic appearance. According to Moneycontrol, the property is reportedly valued at around Rs 8 crore.

Whenever Yami is in Himachal, the actress enjoys admiring the picturesque scenery and embracing the peaceful surroundings.
