Sridevi acted in 300 films in a career spanning five decades.

Beginning her career as a child artiste with the film Kandhan Karunai in which she essayed Lord Murugan, Sridevi went on to star in several Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu and Kannada films.
