Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai

The film stars Varun alongside Mrunal Thakur and Pooja Hegde. The flick marks his first outing with both of them and this comedy of errors looks entertaining.

Directed by his dad David Dhawan, the film is set to release on June 5. It feaures an ensemble cast including Jimmy Shergill, Chunky Panday, Mouni Roy and others.

Baby John

Baby John continued Varun Dhawan’s streak of sharing screen space with multiple female leads. The action entertainer featured Keerthy Suresh and Wamiqa Gabbi in pivotal roles alongside the actor.

While Keerthy played an emotional anchor in the story, Wamiqa brought a fresh dynamic to the narrative.

Judwaa 2

Judwaa 2 further strengthened Varun Dhawan’s trend of starring alongside two leading ladies. The comedy entertainer featured Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee Pannu opposite the actor, who played double roles in the film. 

While Jacqueline brought glamour and fun to the story, Taapsee added charm and comic timing, making the film a full-fledged masala entertainer.

Main Tera Hero

Main Tera Hero is one of the earliest examples of Varun Dhawan’s two-heroine pattern. Directed by his father David Dhawan, the romantic comedy featured Varun alongside Ileana D’Cruz and Nargis Fakhri.

While Ileana played the actor’s primary love interest, Nargis added glamour and chaos to the story, creating a classic Bollywood love triangle.

Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari 

This one also adds to Varun Dhawan’s recurring two-heroine film pattern. It starred Janhvi Kapoor and Sanya Malhotra alongside him. 

Student of the Year 

It marked Varun Dhawan’s Bollywood debut and also featured two prominent female characters played by Alia Bhatt and Sana Saeed. While Alia played Varun’s love interest in the campus drama, Sana added glamour and rivalry to the storyline.

Street Dancer 3D 

It featured Varun Dhawan alongside Shraddha Kapoor and Nora Fatehi, adding another film to his multi-heroine lineup. While Shraddha played the female lead opposite Varun, Nora brought an international dance flair.

Kalank

Kalank also featured Varun Dhawan alongside Alia Bhatt and Kiara Advani. While Alia played the central female lead opposite Varun in the period drama, Kiara appeared in a special role.
