The Aishwarya Rai Bachchan-starrer 'Sarbjit' has been declared 'tax-free' in Uttar Pradesh. Speaking at the red carpet premier of the film in Mumbai, Aishwarya Rai thanked Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav for the same.
