'Homeland', a thriller series about a person who returns to the US after eight years after going missing in Iraq and the resulting suspecting eye from an intelligence officer, won the Golden Globe award for the best TV drama here Sunday.

The show was nominated for the award along with "American Horror Story", "Boardwalk Empire, "xBoss" and "Game Of Thrones".
