This was the first time the estranged couple was spotted together with their children since announcing split last month, reported Ace Showbiz.
Garner, 43, looked content as she held their son while Affleck, 42, barely smiled when they played at the school fair.
The actor covered his head with a blue baseball hat. The kids were seen enjoying a bouncy castle and some games at the venue.
After they got out of the venue, the former couple treated their children to ice-creams to cope with the hot weather in Atlanta that day.
