Actress Charlize Theron reportedly came to the rescue of a security guard who suffered a seizure before the Academy Awards Sunday

The 'Monster' star was heading into the prize giving at Dolby Theater when a man working at the ceremony fell to the ground. The 37-year-old then rushed to the security guard's aid as another onlooker phoned a doctor, reports eonline.com.
