Singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran is all set to make his acting debut. According to the Daily Mirror, the 24-year-old The Thinking Out Loud hitmaker will be seen acting in a TV show.

Ed, who had previously auditioned for a part on a ITV show, will finally get to exhibit his acting chops in this project, being put together by one of his friends.
&ldquo;I have an acting job coming out after July. I can't say too much about it because the pilot just got picked up, which is good, but it&rsquo;s a TV show,&rdquo; he was quoted saying. It&rsquo;s a medieval TV show and it&rsquo;s really, really dark. It&rsquo;s gruesome and it's going to be fine because my friend wrote it,&rdquo; is all Sheeran has revealed.
It seems the Give Me Love star has a penchant for blood and gore. The singer is apparently also keen on starring in the HBO hit, 'Game Of Thrones'.
