Oscar-winning actress Kate Winslet refuses to employ domestic staff since she wants her children to have an ordinary upbringing.
The 41-year-old has two teenage children and one young son, but insists on carrying out motherly duties on her own. "Just because I am in a position where I can have those things [domestic staff], it doesn’t mean that I have to," said Kate.
