Reality TV star Kim Kardashian West congratulated her younger sister Kylie Jenner on becoming a mother to a girl. She says their daughters will be besties. Kim re-posted Kylie's "To Our Daughter" video montage along with a heartfelt message, reports people.com. "Mommy Kylie!!! You did it!!!" wrote Kim, 37, on her website. "I'm so incredibly proud of the woman you have grown up to be and I know that you are going to be the best mom to your new baby girl."
