According to police reports, the 19-year-old was traveling between 108 mph and 136 mph about 2 1/2 hours before he was pulled over by the cops, the New York Post reported.
The 'Baby' hitmaker was later arrested in the morning in a rented Lamborghini, which was going at 60 mph in a residential area.
Bieber was booked for alleged driving under influence, resisting arrest and driving without a valid license but was freed after posting a 2,500 dollars bond.
