A young orphan named Lyra belongs to an alternate world and stays with the scholars in a college in Oxford. During the quest to find her missing friend, she finds out a secret that involves several kidnappings.

The Last Kingdom

Based on The Saxon Stories series of novels by Bernard Cornwell, and created by Stephen Butchard, The Last Kingdom is about Uhtred, the son of a nobleman, who is captured and raised by Danes. After growing up, he has to choose whom he will protect, the land where he grew up or the people who raised him as their own.

Game of Thrones

Created by David Benioff and D. B. Weiss, Game of Thrones is the first adaptation of A Song of Ice and Fire, a series of high fantasy novels by George R. R. Martin. Nine noble families start wars against each other to gain control over the mythical land of Westeros. 

Lord of the Rings: Rings of Power

Based on J. R. R. Tolkien's history of Middle-earth, from the appendices of the novel The Lord of the Rings (1954–55), this series is set thousands of years before the novel, depicting the major events of Middle-earth's Second Age.

The Serpent Queen
