A powerful scene shows the Fantastic Four and the New Avengers meeting the Wakandans in a parted-ocean environment, indicating a temporary truce between worlds and factions.

Amidst the larger multiversal threat, the trailer also shows an exciting, action-packed showdown between Shang-Chi and Gambit.

The film's strength also lies in the number of heroes it brings together. Thor is seen addressing a massive gathering that includes Sam Wilson’s Captain America, Ant-Man, the Fantastic Four, Yelena Belova, Bucky Barnes and several other Avengers.

Ant-Man is accompanied by his daughter Cassie Lang in the trailer, continuing the storyline that began in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. Her appearance hints at the possibilty of the next generation of heroes could finally begin assembling during the events of Doomsday.

One of the trailer’s biggest highlights is the look at Robert Downey Jr. as Victor von Doom. His face is hidden beneath Doom’s iconic metal mask, green hood and flowing robes. Doom’s voice is also heard for the first time as he warns of an impossible choice ahead.
