MAMA Awards 2023: BTS to Enhyphen, top winners and attendees on Day 1

MAMA Awards 2023 kicked off at Japan’s Tokyo Dome on November 28. It is one of the biggest music awards for Asian artists. Day 1 of the ceremony took place tonight. This year's ceremony is being held over the course of two nights. Only one Daesang (Grand Prize) was awarded on Day 1 - the Worldwide Icon of the Year, which went to BTS for the sixth year in a row. All 10 of this year’s Worldwide Fans’ Choice (Bonsang) awards were also handed out. Here are the top winners and attendees from Day 1.
