V's picture of his pet dog Yeontan made him the first and only Asian act to reach 20 million likes on an Instagram post. Not just that, Taehyung's has also earned the 18th most-liked Instagram post of all time. He is the only Asian in the Top 20 who has entered Wikipedia's ranking. 

Taehyung's unique voice stands out among the other members. V enjoys jazz music and the influence shows. He has often stated he dreamt of being a saxophonist while growing up.

While all the members have had their own struggles, Taehyung's story is inspiring too. He is a farmer's son and his mother had bought him a trendy red jacket when he joined Big Hit, so that the rich kids don't make fun of him.
