Shantanu Maheshwari who is currently a hot favourite contestant in the ongoing season of Jhalak Dikhlaa Jaa, performed a daredevil act on a rawstrum prop, in last night's episode of the show!
The rawstrum is a heighted prop used for lights on sets of shows, and Shantanu who has vertigo as well as a major fear of heights, took up the challenge readily to get over his fear of heights and bring out the best in him through this!

Speaking on the same, Shantanu said,"Yes, I do have vertigo and quite a fear of heights! So at first I was quite unsure of doing the act on such a large heighted prop, but then thought of taking it up as a major challenge for myself! It was quite a task in the beginning, specially dancing on the topmost level of the rawstrum, but I pushed myself even further and with the immense support of my team, we managed to put out our choreography well. And yes, in between all the rehearsals and falling down a couple of times as well, i somehow managed to conquer my fear of heights in someway."
