Anurag Dobhal
The controversy surrounding Anurag Dobhal has taken a dramatic turn after his emotional vlog went viral online. While the Bigg Boss 17 fame creator claimed severe mental harassment by his family following his inter-caste marriage, YouTuber Maxtern and Anurag’s brother have now publicly countered his allegations, sharing screenshots and accusing him of seeking attention.
Maxtern and Anurag Dobhal’s brother react to his video
Sagar Thakur, aka Maxtern, took to X (formerly Twitter) and wrote, “I watched 2 hours long video of Anurag Dobhal aka UK Rider 07 and found he is doing nautanki! (sic)” He further urged people not to fall for “fake emotion” and asked them to “learn to read people.”

Responding to these claims, Anurag’s brother, Kalam Dobhal, shared screenshots that allegedly show Anurag admitting in a chat with one of his close friends that he hit his wife, Ritika. He wrote on Instagram Stories, “I am a man of my word. All the proofs have been given on my podcast channel. Also, chill, guys. It’s his daily thing; that’s what he does for views. He posted a one-sided story but didn’t tell the truth. Also, my message to all my fans: don’t get involved in all this. He loves traction on Instagram. He filed a fake case on us, Mom and Dad, and when he lost that case legally, he posted this video because Ritika also left him due to his own actions.”
Kalam then shared an old video in which Anurag and Ritika were seen appreciating Kalam for doing so much for them. Re-sharing the video, Kalam wrote, “Bro flipped the script for views.”
About Anurag Dobhal’s claims
Bigg Boss 17 fame and popular YouTuber Anurag Dobhal posted an emotionally distressing vlog, claiming it could be his “last message.” He alleged that he had been subjected to severe mental harassment by his family after opting for an inter-caste marriage. In the video, Anurag claimed that while he belonged to a Brahmin family, his wife Ritika hailed from a Rajput background, and their union had faced strong opposition from his parents.
Breaking into tears, Anurag said, “I was under a lot of depression. I didn't know what to do or how to eliminate this feeling. I have no tears left; they have all dried up. I have cried so much. I don't know what to do. What mistake did I commit? I really wanted to live at last. But now it's over. I have nothing left. Sometimes I feel like my heart aches and I feel like I am going to die. I guess this is going to be my last video.”
