The drama appears to be heating up both on and off-screen for the reality show Bigg Boss 19. While Farrhana Bhatt and Amaal Mallik are housemates on Salman Khan's TV show, Amaal's aunt, Roshan Garry Bhinder, has gotten into legal trouble with Farrhana's family over comments she made outside of the show. This is what occurred.

Farrhana Bhatt's team sends a legal notice to Amaal Mallik's aunt

On Wednesday, Farrhana's family acknowledged on social media that they had submitted a legal warning to Roshan, saying, "Our team confirms that a formal legal notification has been sent following public defamatory remarks.  Farrhana Bhatt." According to the message filed by her lawyer, Roshan's remarks have caused 'great distress' in Farrhana's family. They served legal notices on Amaal's aunt, the Fifafooz YouTube channel, and YouTube India after Roshan called Farrhana a "terrorist" in an interview.

The notice further read, "The family has chosen to respond with dignity and legal recourse, rather than stoop to the level of mudslinging and online provocation being carried out by the other side. The notice seeks immediate removal of the defamatory video, a public apology, and Rs 1 crore in damages for the reputational and emotional harm caused." Copies of the notice were also sent to the National Commission for Women and the Maharashtra State Women's Commission.

In an October interview with Fifafooz, Roshan said about Farrhana, "Evil. Terrorist. I apologise; I don't want to say this. But vo jo hote hai na rakshah log jo logon ka khoon peene ke baad haste hain; she is like that. (She resembles a devil who laughs after draining people's blood)."

Farrhana Bhatt's recent dig at TV actors

Bigg Boss 19 premiered on August 24 and included 18 housemates. Seven of them were ousted from the house, while one left the show. Farrhana was also ousted by the housemates on day one; however, she was moved to a secret room and returned to the house on day six.

In the recent episode of Bigg Boss 19, Farrhana Bhatt made a mean comment on TV actors. While Gaurav Khanna was seated in the drawing room, Farrhana mouthed a controversial remark on TV actors. Shehbaz asked her if she would ever work on TV or had any offers. Farrhana said, "I have done theatre, I feel all my training will go in vain if I do a TV show."
