Ishita Dixit, who plays Pari on Star Plus’s Anupamaa, is gearing up for one of the most dramatic chapters in her character’s journey. Post-leap, the new track is packed with heartbreak, tension, and surprises that promise to keep audiences on the edge of their seats.

“I had just cried my heart out before walking into the next scene,” Ishita shares, recalling a key moment when Pari leaves the Kothari house and returns to her own, rattled to the core. “She’s just seen a photo on Ishani’s phone—her and Raja together—and it hits her like a punch to the gut.”

Pari’s doubts aren’t unfounded. Raja has grown distant and evasive, making late-night calls and offering cold responses. The emotional gap between them continues to widen. “She’s not someone who jumps to conclusions,” Ishita explains, “but now… she’s genuinely scared. Is he hiding something? Is there someone else? Or is something just really off?”

Bringing that vulnerability to life wasn’t easy. “It’s that quiet unravelling—when you’re trying to hold it together, but everything feels like it’s slipping through your fingers,” Ishita says. “As an actor, it’s moments like these that remind you why you do what you do. You’re not just performing—you’re living someone’s truth.”

The emotional weight deepens as Pari watches her family reconnect with Ishani. “Raja’s taking them shopping, doing things that used to be part of Pari’s world,” Ishita reveals. “She feels replaced. That pain builds up quietly.” But the real twist is yet to come. “Pari takes a huge step—one that will shake up the entire family and become the reason Anupamaa decides to stay back,” she hints. “I can’t reveal too much, but it’s going to be a big surprise for fans… full of drama, emotion, and tension.”

All about Ishita's journey with Anupamaa

With Ishita’s beautifully layered performance and Pari’s quietly powerful arc, Anupamaa is heading into a chapter that promises to stay with viewers long after the credits roll. As Pari faces heartbreak, suspicion, and the ache of feeling replaced, her strength lies in how deeply she feels—and how bravely she responds. Ishita brings that vulnerability to life with such honesty, making Pari one of the most relatable younger characters on television today. You can catch Anupamaa on Star TV every night at 10:00 PM IST, with all episodes streaming on JioHotstar. This next twist? It’s going to hit home.
