'AMithun Chakraborty surprised the unit of 'Anupamaa' by landing up on the set at Film City. The veteran actor’s daughter-in-law Madalsa Sharma is part of the cast. Mimoh’s wife too had no inkling that he would arrive unannounced. Sudhanshu Pandey, Rupali Ganguly, Tassnim Sheikh, Nidhi Shah, Muskaan Bamne, Paras Kalnawat, Alpana Buch and Arvind Vaidya were also present on the set.
