Born on March 11, 1991, Parth started as a model, becoming the runner-up in Pantaloon's Fresh Face Model Hunt.
He completed his schooling at New Era High School, a boarding school in Panchgani. He studied architecture at the L. S. Raheja School of Architecture, Mumbai.
He rose to fame after portraying Manik Malhotra in Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan and Anurag Basu in Kasautii Zindagii Kay. He is currently playing the lead role as Mahid Niyazi in Colors TV's Seher – Hone Ko Hai.
While Parth is grateful for success he tasted with Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan, the show also took a toll on his personal life. He recalled, "The show gave me success but also it took a lot away from my personal life."
Parth has also been a part of several music videos. Hemade his Bollywood debut with Ghudchadi, which also starred Sanjay Dutt.
Before this break in Bolllywood, he had signed 2 more films. However, they could not see the light of the day after hich the actor struggles with lull in his career.
Parth lost his father in 2019. During that period, Parth Samthaan had also recently purchased his first house, a milestone that filled his father with pride.
Talking about his personal life, he has been in news for his alleged relationship with Vikas Gupta.
Talking about how he overcame the mental toll after the controversy with Vikas Gupta, Parth said, “It did but just for a certain brief period. Because when it hits you that’s when you start questioning yourself. But, then you sit back and relax, just let the time flow because time is the best solution."
