Mini Mathur is an Indian television host, actor and model, who was born and brought up in Delhi before moving to Mumbai. 

Before starting her career as a host and VJ, Mini worked as an advertising professional at J Walter Thompson, New Delhi. A series of modelling opportunities led her to her first game show on Indian television called Tol mol ke Bol, alongside R Madhavan,

After appearing in several games and quiz shows and a travel show, she came to Mumbai, where she joined MTV as a VJ, following a contest where she impersonated Simi Garewal interviewing Mamta Kulkarni.

During her time at MTV, she presented Bombay Blush, a culture show on India that aired in the UK, hosting 2 seasons of the show on BBC2.

After working with MTV for over four years, Mini hosted three seasons of the famous singing reality show Indian Idol between 2004 to 2007. After taking a break to give birth, Mini returned to host the show's 6th season in 2012,

Mini and filmmaker Kabir Khan have been happily married since February 1998. They reportedly met when they were still figuring out their ways in mainstream industry.

Together, the couple has two children, a son named Vivaan and a daughter, Sairah.

In 2009, Mini stepped into the jungles of Taman Negara in Malaysia for 2 months, where she hosted the first season of Iss Jungle Se Mujhe Bachao live, the Indian edition of "I'm a celebrity, get me out of here".

She has also appeared as a celebrity contestant on Jhalak Dikhlaja Season 2.

Mini has also worked as an actress in TV shows like Tandav, Vakaalat and more.

She made her debut on the big screen with Dil Vil Pyar Vyar in 2002 and later starred in  I, Me Aur Main, and Call Me Bae, as well as the series Mind the Malhotras.

In 2026, she participated in the reality show, Alliance, where she impressed everyone with her gameplay and strategy before winning it.
