Netflix documentary `The Elephant Whisperers` won the Oscar for the Best Documentary Film category creating history at the 95th Academy Awards. Prime Minister Narendra Modi took to Twitter to congratulate the team of the Tamil documentary. "Their work wonderfully highlights the importance of sustainable development and living in harmony with nature," said the Prime Minister.
