While there was colour, other artists were dressed in animal-like costumes as they dramatically perform during the inauguration in the Colombian city
Along with drama, there was along a lot of juggling that kept people glued to the artists performing at the start of the festival
During the performances, the artists actively engaged with the crowd, that was taking time out to watch them perform
The inauguration of the festival not only saw individual performances but also group acts as they all came together
