Foodies have much to cheer as Studio Fifteen, a culinary centre launches today. The space will host workshops, pop-up meals and corporate training sessions
While culinary classes abound in the city, Pooja Dhingra of Le15 Patisserie has started a new culinary centre, called Studio Fifteen. Earlier, Le15 offered limited baking workshops over theweekends.
Studio Fifteen’s calendar is choc-a-bloc with workshops that range from learning how to bake tarts, the art of Instagramming food, Parsi cooking, techniques of making cocktails to healthy cooking. Speaking about the new venture, Dhingra shares, “When I set up the Le15 Patisserie kitchen in March 2010 the plan was to run baking and cooking classes out of it. And we did exactly that, with weekend classes every month for three years.
