Consuming the right amount of food and maintaining a balanced diet is necessary to maintain good health. While there are many aspects to it, a new study has revealed that a higher intake of refined grain may increase the risk of premature coronary artery disease (PCAD). 

The findings indicate that eating refined grains was associated with increased risk of premature heart disease and whole grains consumption with reduced risk.
