And to act on his words, Dharmadhikari has planned a small township 'Chhaya Niwas' under the brand name 'Usha Spaces' located in Boisar (West), Thane district, just 45kms from the extended suburbs of Mumbai on the Western line.
Located amidst acres of greens in a calm and well-established residential area, Chhaya Niwas is being built in two phases. The entire project comprises 48 buildings, ground plus two structures, which will house 558 units, convenient shopping, community centre, gardens, pathways, and sewage and water treatment plants along with water harvesting.
