After divorcing his wife, he's ignoring me again!

Dear Diana,
I've been in love with a guy for three years now. But because of some misunderstanding, he got married to another girl last year. He got engaged when I was not in town. He told me about it later on. Three months after his marriage, he came back to me, explaining that he had chosen the wrong partner and would file for divorce from his wife. Anyway, I accepted him. But now, he has started ignoring me again, and behaves like I don't matter to him at all. Should I continue the relationship withu00a0 him? Also, I doubt he is in a relationship with anyone else.
