For her and her momma, sabse bada rupaiya!

Dear Diana,
I am a 23-year-old design engineer. I've been without a girlfriend for the longest time now. I met someone online and would talk to her daily. About two months back, I fell in love with her. She's elder to me by a year. One day, I told her that I would like to marry her. She told me that it wasn't possible. Her mother would only approve a groom who was rich and owned a big bungalow in Mumbai. Is money more important than love? I haven't talked to her for 20 days now. I have given her a 40-day ultimatum. If she comes back to me in that time, I will accept her, otherwise I won't. What should I do now?
