The newly-appointed United States of America Vice President JD Vance, accompanied by Second Lady Usha Vance and their three children, came to India on his first official visit since the appointment. In the country for four days, Vance took time out from his busy schedule to even visit some well-known travel destinations in the country that included cultural visits to New Delhi, Jaipur and Agra

According to PTI, they received a red-carpet welcome and enjoyed a cultural performance featuring folk dances, including Kacchi Ghodi, Ghoomar and Kalbeliya, offering a glimpse into the vibrant culture of Rajasthan

The next day, they visited the world-famous Taj Mahal in Agra. "The Taj Mahal is amazing. A testament to true love, human ingenuity and a tribute to the great country of India," Vance wrote in the visitor's diary after his visit, according to PTI
